Ingredients:

• ½ cup softened butter

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• ½ cup packed brown sugar

1 /3 cup peanut butter

• 1 egg

• ½ tablespoon vanilla extract

• 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• Red, white and green pearlized sprinkles

• Peppermint Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter with sugars. Mix in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Then add flour and baking soda. Add a few tablespoons of springs and then scoop out dough with a tablespoon and roll into a call.

Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, than allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Place an unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss into the top of each cookie, then allow the treats to cool completely.

Kisses placed too soon will melt. Kisses placed too late will fall off the cookies when moved.
