Campaign reports in for SQ 802

With SQ 802 being voted on Tuesday, campaign reports from both groups supporting and not supporting the questions slow contributions and expenses since the beginning of the year.

Since January 1, those opposed to SQ 802 have received $90,000 in contributions — all from Americans for Prosperity located in Arlington, Virginia.

Those opposed to SQ 802 have spent a total of $589,388.34 since January 1.

Those expenses include: Americans for Prosperity which spent $8,500 for various advertising; Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs, Inc., which spent $408,131.57 for various advertising; and Vote No on 802 Association, which spent $172,756.77.

Those supporting SQ 802 have given a total of $64,169.84 since January 1.

Those expenses include: Oklahoma Decides, Inc., of Oklahoma City, which spent $25,000; in-kind donation from Friends of Greg McCortney, of Ada, which spent $5,204.70; in-kind donation from Ron Sharp for Senate, of Shawnee, which spent $5,228.55; in-kind donation from Friends of Chris Emerson, of Jenks, which spent $6,226.61; in-kind Donation from Friends of Garry Mize, of Edmond, which spent $4,103.90; in-kind donation from Chad Caldwell for State House, of Enid, which spent $4,088.30; in-kind donation from Cindy Roe for State House, of Lindsay, which spent $3,637.20; in-kind donation from friends of Daniel Pae, of Lawton, which spent $2,068.48; in-kind donation from Oklahomans for Carol Bush, of Tulsa, which spent $3,336.81; inkind donation from Dunnington for Oklahoma, of Oklahoma City, which spent $2,340.68; and in-kind donation from Friends of Chris Kannady, of Oklahoma City, which spent $2,934.71.
