Hydro residents will face a new sales tax, as well as a utility rate increase for Fiscal Year 2020-21, which begins July 1.
This will hold true if the Hydro Town Council votes to approve the 2020-21 budget at its meeting 6 p.m. June 9 at Hydro’s Community Building, 328 N. Cowles.
