Charges have officially been filed against Terri Johnson, 56, and Brent Johnson, 34, both of Clinton, for their role in allegedly stealing an estimated total of more than $44,000 from a man who had suffered a stroke prior to the alleged theft, according to the affidavit of probable cause filed with the Washita County District Court.
