County to have first-of-month meeting

The Custer County Board of Commissioners will have its first-of-month meeting Monday morning, which will include a meeting of the Custer County Law Enforcement Center Trust.

The board will approve or disapprove resolutions to surplus of a 1999 dump truck and reinstate equipment to inventory, both for District 1. The board will approve or disapprove an interlocal cooperative agreement with Beckham County.

The board will approve or disapprove the financial statement for 2020. The board may discuss and take action regarding COVID-19 procedures for the courthouse. The board may receive an update and take action on the courthouse window project.

The board will approve monthly officers’ reports, alcoholic beverage certificates and appropriations. The board will approve or disapprove blanket purchase orders, purchase orders for payment and minutes for the previous month.

The board will approve or disapprove applications for utility, pipeline or installation permits for crossing roads or using county right-of-ways. The board will open the floor to any unforeseen business before adjourning.
