Gov. Kevin Stitt signed a bill Thursday allowing curbside sales or home deliveries of beer, wine and spirits.
This new law is a continuation of a temporary law initiated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Senate Bill 1928 and Gov. Stitt’s signature makes it permanent.
