OKLAHOMA CITY — A federal judge has sentenced Jeff Terry to more than 3 years in prison and ordered the former Mangum pharmacy owner to pay nearly $1.1 million he previously agreed to pay in restitution when he pled guilty to a false claims scheme in 2019.
