Pioneer Center closes dining room until further notice

The Pioneer Center has closed its dining room until further notice due to the current number of COVID-19 cases in the area.

However, drive-thru meal service will continue.

The dining room opened for a brief period following a fall in COVID-19 numbers, but the recent rise in numbers and a few seniors testing positive for the disease.

According to CADC Nutrition Site Director Sandy Williams, the dining room will remain closed throughout the winter months. CADC will revisit opening the center in the spring.
