Fire Notes December 29
December 29
The Weatherford Fire Departme responded to a single-vehicle accident along Interstate 40 near mile marker 80. Upon arrival, fire crews found a vehicle in the shoulder. The driver got out of their vehicle and paramedics took the person into the ambulance for assessment. The driver refused treatment and transport.
The Weatherford Fire Department responded to an address along North Lyle Road where a powerline was arching. Upon arrival, fire crews found two lines coming from the pole which were arching periodically. Crews remained on scene until the power company arrived to address the situation.
January 2
The Weatherford Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire under the Twin Bridges. Upon arrival, the vehicle was fully involved. Fire crews extinguished the fire and gathered information.
