A new learning lounge has opened on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University campus in Weatherford.
The Learning Lounge is an innovative, flexible learning space for all students on campus. This workspace will include peer mentors, academic workshops and comfortable seating.
Dr. Wendy Yoder, director of the SWOSU Academic Support Center, said an open house is being hosted through March 5 for the lounge, which is in Stafford Center Room 118. Students also are eligible to register for a $1,000 scholarship giveaway during the open house week.
This is the latest student resource from the SWOSU Academic Support Center.
