Graveside services for Dianna Carol Zerbe, 65-year-old Elk City resident, were 2 p.m. Friday May 22, 2020, in the Sappington Chapel Cemetery, south of Cowden, with Pastor Michael McDaniel officiating. Services are under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Dianna was born to Junior and Tommie (Miller) Skidmore May 9, 1955, in Weatherford, and passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020, at Great Plains Regional Hospital in Elk City.

Dianna was raised and attended high school in Fort Cobb, graduating with the Class of 1975. She married Robert “Bob” Zerbe October 12, 1976, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Dianna was a military wife making their home in Fort Sill, Fort Hood, Texas and in Germany three different times. In 1996, they moving to Eakly where she taught Sunday School at the First Assembly of God Church in Eakly and at the Rock of Restoration Church.

In 2000, they moved to Arapaho and later settled in Elk City in 2008. Dianna worked at SWOSU in Sayre as a grill manager. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, going to church and church activities.

Survivors include: her husband of 43 years, Bob, of their home in Elk City; three sons, Christopher Zerbe, of Elk City, Jonathan Zerbe and his wife, Melissa, of Oklahoma City, and Andrew Zerbe of Eakly; four grandchildren, Dylan, Shelbee, and Carter Glenn and Christopher Zerbe; and three brothers, J.D. Hill, of Eakly, Bruce Hill, of Moore, and Steve Skidmore, of California.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Tommie; and a sister, Dora Ricketts.
