Tony Ray Willis was born September 13, 1950, in Hobart, to Bill and Billie Willis. He joined the home with his older brother Danny. Ten years later, Mary Penner was born and 12 years later his little sister, Lynn Penner was added to the family.

Tony worked at many odd jobs until he made the decision to join his father in law enforcement. His early years were spent in Sterling, Cyril and Comanche County. In September of 1976 he went to work for the Town of Burns Flat. He stayed there, until March of 2017 when he retired as Chief of Police, a position he had since 1990. In addition to his work as an officer, Tony worked with the OHP, Cadet Lawman and CLEET.

July 5, 1971, he married Alana McIntyre and to this union two children were born, Aleshia Dawn and Billy Justin. April 28, 1976, he married Sheila Hester and to this union one child was born, Christy Michelle.

June 20, 1986, Tony and Denise St. John were married. This increased the children count by three, adding Sherron, Sharla and Marc.

There were so many fun things done throughout the years from sporting activities, to camping, fishing trips to vacation trips. The family went to Cancun; Las Vegas; Washington, D.C.; Tampa, Florida; Branson, Missouri, Lafayette, Louisiana; Los Angeles; as well as many other places.

Tony enjoyed many things in his life but the Lord and his church were his main priority. This was closely followed by his wife, children, his mom, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as the rest of the family. He also enjoyed having coffee at the coffee shop with Danny Ferkins every morning. Tony often said that if he won the lottery, he still wanted to build a home in Burns Flat.
