HYDRO — Sentinel scored six runs in the final two innings to break a 6-6 tie and get the win at Hydro-Eakly, 12-6. Hydro-Eakly tied the game in the fourth inning, 6-6, before Sentinel’s rally.

Bobcat has big day in 17-0 win

Kaden Harris went 3-3, scored three runs and three RBIs in Monday’s 17-0 win for Hydro-Eakly against Hinton. Hydro-Eakly shutout Hinton and starting pitcher, Caleb Warner gave up only two hits and walked only one, while striking out four.

ALVA — SWOSU softball split a doubleheader with Northwestern Oklahoma State Tuesday, dropping game one narrowly 5-4 before bouncing back with a 7-2 victory to close the day out. Northwestern Oklahoma State 5, SWOSU 4 A five-run first by the Rangers was the difference maker.

Women’s golf finishes fourth in Missouri

SPRINGFIELD, Missouri — In the final tournament of the regular season, SWOSU women’s golf got a second-place finish from Megan Brown and finished fourth as a team at the ATU Spring Preview. It’s their fifth Top-5 placing in nine events this year.
