The winners of the Weatherford Daily News football contest for the first week were announced Tuesday.
Tate Sage, of Weatherford, took first place, picking 17 of 18 games correctly, missing the tiebreaker by 13 points and receiving 50 “football bucks.”
Kari Jones, of Weatherford, came in second, picking 16 of 18 games correctly, missing the tiebreaker by 5 points and receiving 20 “football bucks” for second place.
Camden Bell, of Weatherford, will receive 10 “football bucks” for third place, picking 16 of 18 games correctly and missing the tiebreaker by 6 points.
A full address is required on entry forms from them to be considered.
