The Weatherford Pioneer Center is preparing to host its 31st Annual Stew Dinner fundraiser.

The dinner is 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, November 20, at the center — 1000 Gartrell Place. Adult tickets are $10 and children younger than 10 are $5.

Participants will be treated to all-you-can-eat stew and cornbread along with tea or water and a choice of cobbler.

This year, the Pioneer Center will be offering a drivethru option for those who wish to avoid crowds or want to pick up a group order. Those using this service can call (580) 772-1192.

This fundraiser allows the Pioneer Center to stay open throughout the year and provide meals, activities and fellowship for local seniors.
