Commissioners to discuss emergency operation plan

The Custer County Board of Commissioners will discuss and approve or disapprove the county emergency operation plan during its regular meeting Monday.

The board also will approve or disapprove access permission to the emergency management grants portal.

The board will have a 10 a.m. conference call with a representative from AT&T regarding the phone system. The board will approve or disapprove a purchase contract with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

The board will approve or disapprove resolutions to surplus and dispose of a transfer pump and heat/air unit for District 3.

The board may appoint Monte Gray as first deputy commissioner for District 2. The board also may receive an update regarding the courthouse window project.

The board will approve or disapprove or blanket purchase orders, purchase orders for payment and road crossing/ right-of-way permits for utility, pipeline or installation work. This past Monday, the board informed Invenergy representatives they would inspect as many application sites as they could and approve them this coming Monday.

The board will open the floor to any unforeseen business before adjourning.
