County commission to discuss CED 7 and Energy District, other items

The Custer County Board of Commissioners will meet 9 a.m. Monday at the Custer County Courthouse in Arapaho.

The board will discuss the CED 7 and Energy District.

The board then will discuss blanket purchase orders, purchase orders for payment, applications for utility, pipeline and or installation for permit for crossing roads and using county right of ways.

They also will discuss a declaration of surplus, a resolution HP monitor for District 3, a resolution to dispose of HP monitor for District 3, a resolution for Custer County procedures for SEFA and an update and discuss possible action on the courthouse window project.

The board will discuss the annual agreements between; Eastern Oklahoma Youth Services, corrected Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc., and Pitney Bowes.

The board will discuss the lease purchase renewals for Custer County: Weatherford Fire wildland upfit apparatus, 2019 CAT track loader, 2015 CAT grader, 2016 JD Excavator, 2019 Mack trucks and 2019 CAT graders.

The board will discuss ODOT equipment lease renewals for Custer County: two District 1JD tractor, District 1 CAT dozer, District 3 JD grader and District 2 Peterbilt dump truck.

The board will discuss programming resolutions for all the projects, both STP bridge replacement projects and CIRB projects on 5-year-plan; District 2, Fiscal Year 2021, District 1 FY 2021, District 3 FY 2025, District 1 FY 2025, District 1 and 3, FY 2025 and District 1 and 3, FY 2026.

The board will discuss ODOT insurance verification for FY 2021, an interlocal agreement between Custer County and SWODA 911, a resolution designating depository banks for Custer County and any other unforeseen business.
