The Custer County Board of Commissioner will approve or disapprove the new contract with AT&T, which would switch the courthouse from its current plan to a fiber plan, during its regular meeting Monday morning.

Currently, the county is paying $2,633 per month. The new plan would be $1,960 per month plus tax. In addition, the new plan would include long distance, something the county currently pays extra for.

The board will approve or disapprove an agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for a 2016 compactor with a padfoot drum. The board also will approve or disapprove changes or addition to ODOT form 324a for District 1.

The board will approve or disapprove a transfer from Sales Tax General to Highway District 2 for a 2006 pickup. The board will discuss and take possible action on the COVID-19 procedures for the courthouse. The board may receive an update regarding the courthouse window project.

The board will approve or disapprove minutes for the previous month, blanket purchase orders and purchase orders for payment. The board will approve or disapprove monthly officers’ reports, alcohol beverage certificate and appropriations. The board will approve or disapprove applications for utility, pipeline or installation permits for crossing roads or using county right-of-ways.

The board will reconvene into the Custer County Law Enforcement Center Trust and open the floor to any unforeseen business before adjourning.
