The Custer County Board of Commissioners once again discussed the county sales tax election, which happens every 5 years, during its regular meeting Monday morning.
County Clerk Melissa Graham said the 0.5-percent sales tax originally was scheduled to be on the primary ballot in June. However, to avoid a dead period with no sales tax, it will need to be on the ballot February 8.
