The Oklahoma governor is standing firm in his decision to sign gaming compacts with two tribes — the Comanche Nation and the Otoe-Missouria Tribe.
Both the Oklahoma Speaker of the House Charles McCall and Oklahoma Senate President Pro Tempore Greg Treat sent a letter to Gov. Kevin Stitt regarding Stitt’s authority as governor, saying the governor isn’t able to negotiate such compacts.
