A black man has died in Minneapolis police custody after a video shared online from a bystander showed a white officer kneeling on his neck during his arrest as the man pleaded he couldn’t breathe, the Associated Press reported.
His death is under investigation by the FBI and state agents, and the four officers on scene have since been fired, AP reported.
