Five private schools in Oklahoma County have filed a civil lawsuit in Oklahoma County District Court against the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association.
Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School, Crossings Christian School, Inc., Heritage Hall School, Inc., Mount Saint Mary Catholic High School and Oklahoma Christian School, Inc., have joined together to file the suit.
