The Weatherford Rotary Club is set to resume its inperson meetings Wednesday at Lucille’s Roadhouse.

This will be the first in-person meeting since March 11, but the club has hosted Zoom meetings Wednesdays to keep everyone in touch.

President Dr. Chad Kinder consulted with Dr. Blake Badgett, a fellow Rotarian, and Lucille’s Manager Justin O’Connor to reduce the member’s chance of COVID-19 exposure. Tables, which usually form three long lines, will be separated and box lunches will be provided for the individuals.

Meetings will continue to be broadcast through Zoom until the pandemic is no longer a threat.

“Dr. Badgett and our Rotary board encourages our atrisk and older Rotarians to stary home and continue to participate in the weekly meetings through Zoom until the threat is over,” Kinder said.
