SWOSU COVID numbers dip to 30 student/employee cases

Southwestern Oklahoma State University COVID-19 numbers have made a significant decrease since last week.

SWOSU reported it has 27 known active student cases on the Weatherford campus and one active case on the Sayre campus. Two active employee cases have been listed between Weatherford and Sayre cases of COVID-19. campuses. Not all reported cases reported for the Weatherford or Sayre campus are for those who reside in those cities.

Custer County currently has 205 active cases of COVID-19.

Washita County has 40 active cases of COVID-19.

In Custer County, Weatherford has 93 active cases. Clinton has 99 active cases. Thomas has two active cases. Hydro has 12 active cases. Butler has no listed active cases. Oklahoma State Department of Health has confirmed two deaths in Custer County, both of them being in Weatherford.

Custer City has two active cases and Arapaho currently has five active cases.

In Washita County, Bessie has no active cases. Burns Flat has nine active cases. Cordell has 10 active cases. Corn has two active cases. Dill city has no listed active cases. Foss has five active cases.

The State of Oklahoma has 13,872 active cases.
