Gov. Kevin Stitt announced Thursday Phase 2 of the Open Up and Recover Safely Plan would proceed as scheduled Friday.
Phase 2 allows the reopening of bars and organized sporting activities. It also allows the reopening of children’s nurseries in places of worship. Weddings and funerals are allowed to resume.
