Weatherford sales tax was up 6.80 percent in April as the city collected $1,021,714.57 compared to last year’s collections of $956,649.42.

Weatherford use tax collections were slightly down 1.08 percent as the city collected $142,838.51 this year, compared to last year’s collections of $144,402.66 last year.
